The first thing you need to do is get pre-approved! Taking this step before looking at homes ensures you are ready to make an offer quickly when you find the home you would like to buy. It also helps to know what you qualify for and what your right price range is.

Once we have found the home you want to buy, we will review and discuss market conditions to determine the value and what you would like to offer. There are many variables that help define what the offer price should be which I will walk you through at that time.

Once your offer has been accepted, for are a few steps that take place including: Inspections, The Escrow Process, and obtaining Title Insurance. If this sounds daunting, do not worry!
